Couldn’t resist commenting on Hershey’s new “aerated chocolate.” Way to get us to pay more for less! Reminds me of the old story of Margaret Thatcher in her chemist days helping to invent soft-serve (i.e. aerated) ice cream so that it could be dispensed faster. Food that pleases the tongue, yet also contains less stuff in a given volume, exemplifies all that is right, and all that is wrong, with—well, with something.
Next thing you know, someone will try to get us to buy water with bubbles in it!
